Cambio Vita is an Italian restaurant in the heart of Malvern.
Founded by chef Stefano Di Lella alongside designer and marketer Shaan Danaro, Cambio Vita was created with a simple idea — to bring people together over well-made, delicious food.
The menu focuses on classic Italian dishes, elevated through quality ingredients and traditional techniques.
Inspired by the warmth of Italian dining culture, the space is designed to feel relaxed, welcoming and familiar, somewhere to gather, unwind and enjoy.
Cambio Vita acknowledges and pays respect to the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong peoples of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live, cook, grow and create. We pay respect to their Elders past and present, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
